Boeing Summer 2024 Internship Program (PAID) – Finance – Duke University

As an intern at Boeing, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Finance related field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Financial Planning, Statistics)

Ability to work full-time, in person for 10 weeks during the summer. Interns will start work on May 31st, June 7th and June 14th
Current student at Duke University

Entry-Level Industrial Engineer – Canada

Job Responsibilities:

Applies basic industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements.

Supports the development of plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention measures, sequencing of operations and work flows.

Participates in the evaluation of new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations.

Assists with designing, maintaining, and optimizing the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.

Conducts basic work flow design and analysis.

Develops simple models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders.

Supports research, design, develop, improve, and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.

Qualifications :

Must be a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in a relevant field of Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering)

Be eligible to be registered as an Engineer in Training (E.I.T) with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Must be legally able to work in Canada

Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods

Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred:

1+ years of experience in an industrial engineering capacity (Example: data analysis, solution optimization, time studies, resource planning, lean, manufacturing engineering, and production system development)

Experience/understanding of production and business systems (SAP ECC, SAP CAMS, and/or equivalents)

Experience in metrics/KPI development and data analytics

Facilitative, communication, problem-solving, organizational and team-building skills

Entry-Level Engineer – Brazil

Job Responsibilities:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development.

Assists with analyses to evaluates customer/operational needs to define performance requirements.

Works under guidance of the team lead.

As the English language is extensively utilized internally at the company, it is expected that the selected candidate will be open to develop skills to speak and write in English language.

This position is hybrid / Telecommuting.

Qualifications:

Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.

Must have a degree in Engineering.

Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia – CREA).

Preferred:

Knowledge of engineering development.

Verbal and written communications skills in English.
