Entry-level Structural Analysis Engineer
The Boeing Company is seeking Entry-Level Structural Analysis Engineers to support the analysis and validation of aircraft structures. In this role, you will apply foundational engineering principles to evaluate structural integrity, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to build a strong foundation in aircraft structural analysis within a collaborative aerospace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis of aircraft components and assemblies using established methods and tools
- Support evaluation of strength, stability, fatigue, and damage tolerance to ensure compliance with requirements
- Assist in developing analysis models, reports, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to resolve structural issues
- Participate in technical and design reviews, providing analysis-based recommendations
- Ensure analyses align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and certification guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 0+ years of related engineering experience
Maintenance Engineer (Entry-Level or Associate)
A Maintenance Engineer analyzes complex engineering designs and design changes to determine maintenance/repair requirements, procedures, and instructions; supports activities that influence product designs and processes to ensure supportability and maintainability; creates systems theory descriptions to ensure common understanding of systems and components; conducts engineering analysis to verify the accuracy of maintenance/repair data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 2: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience reading and interpreting technical data.
- Current or prior Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License issued by the Federal Aviation Administration.
- Experience in either Propulsion, Avionics, Electrical, Communication, Navigation, Hydraulics, Mechanical Systems, Landing Gear, and/or Payloads/Interiors.
- Experience with REDARS, CATIA, ENOIVA & PSDS.
