Finance Specialist – Contract-to-Cash
Enable and execute efficient revenue and cash management operations for case teams and local Finance teams in the key areas of project management, contracting, invoicing, legal, and risk.
Partner with the North America Region Controller Analysis team on regional and global initiatives to improve days sales outstanding (DSO) and client contract management across the North America region.
Collaborate with a wide variety of business partners, including local, regional, and global Finance teams, as well as global Legal and Risk teams on shared cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze and further refine shared services support model leveraging best practices across North America to improve regional business processes and reporting of key metrics.
Identify and implement operational process and productivity improvements to enhance controls and increase procedural effectiveness.
Qualification:
B.A./B.S. degree in accounting or finance with 1-3 years of finance experience preferred, or equivalent experience
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Familiarity and experience working with data analytics tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI is preferred
Analytical proficiency with strong business/financial management/accounting background

AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer, India – BCG X
Build AI/ML technology stacks from concept to production, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
Develop and optimize Generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM-based applications.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama, Mistral, and GPT, ensuring efficient adaptation for various use cases.
Design and implement AI-driven automation using agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
Leverage cloud AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployment and performance tuning.

Qualification:
