Facility Engineer- open to recent Engineering graduates – United States

Job Description:

The Facility Engineer may be the owner of various shared systems throughout the building including Chilled Water, Steam, Potable Water, Process Water, Hot Water, Electrical, Vacuum, Dust Collection, HVAC, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, Waste Water Neutralization, Fire Protection, and General Infrastructure.
Proactively manages the existing asset base, completes small projects for the customer, and represents the customer on large projects. Analyzes and implements proactive maintenance programs along with researching and implementing new technology for replacement of equipment and operations assets.
Leads drawing updates and change control documentation for systems under their responsibility.
Other responsibilities include supporting the identification and accomplishment of departmental goals and supporting the development and implementation of quality system processes.
Communicates effectively and professionally in both written and verbal communications with internal customers, vendors, and contractors. Interacts with all levels of management, crafts, and scientific personnel.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering field or experience in an engineering/facilities role.

Open to recent Engineering graduates.

The pay range is about $85,000 to $100,000 annual base salary.

Job Description:

Financial Ops Coordinator – India

Completes data entry and follow-up procedures to support a variety of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable transactions in accordance with established timeframes.
Conducts peer review of various financial operations accounting transactions to comply with department policies and procedures.
Monitors, troubleshoots, and responds to internal and external inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes or other established methods.
Completes updates to applicable trackers and processing manuals for portfolio of assigned work.
Participates in internal and external audits as needed.
Performs miscellaneous office and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualification:

High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required plus a minimum of one year experience in administrative or financial operations support.

Must work well under pressure with proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences. Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail.
