Accounting Development Program for Fresh Graduates – Europe
Join us as an Accounting Analyst on our Accounting team in Bratislava, Slovakia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
As an Accounting Analyst, you will resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.
Prepare and review cash flow, income and balance sheet statements and provide records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions
Setup processes that accurately trace, capture and report revenue, including deferred revenue
Research system improvements to increase departmental efficiency and accuracy
Complete all required month-end accounting close activities, including reconciliations, analysis and reporting, within deadlines
Coordinate, develop, issue, review and update business unit accounting and operating policies
Qualification:
University Graduate from 2023 or soon to be Graduate in 2024 from Accounting or Finance related studies
Basic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP)
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
Effective Communication & Motivation to learn
Previous experience from Accounting or Finance is a plus
