Job Description:

As a Support Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, evaluate change and modification requests, implement electronic access for various clinical solutions and systems. This includes support of Enterprise Applications like Cerner’s Millennium, Soarian, Pharmacy, GE Centricity, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PeopleSoft, and many other such applications.

Qualification:

Systems Analyst 1-Support – India

Job Description:

As a System Engineer I (IC1), your responsibilities will include:

Conducting day-to-day maintenance of mainframe systems for Oracle Cerner clients, supporting various LPARS and hospitals, and employing tools for scheduling tasks.

Driving IPL, coordinating the console, and addressing batch job amendments in accordance with SLA requirements.

Ensuring a timely response to WTORs or outstanding responses.

Job Description:

Job Description:

Associate Production Software Engineer – United States

Job Description:

As a Production Software Engineer for Oracle Health, your role is to provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for your assigned software products. You will be responsible for analyzing client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base in collaboration with other Production Software Engineers, our aligned Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, the Product Management team, and client stakeholders. This position is full remote or hybrid.

The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications in Java or C#, is comfortable navigating Linux servers through the command line, and has basic familiarity with SQL databases. Experience using Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio and Splunk is strongly preferred, especially in the context of client-facing technical support.
