Automation Specialist / Business Analyst – USA Remote
Job Description:
As an advocate for the Business Unit, Automation Specialist ensures that requirements meet the needs of customers by creating designs that fit, monitoring development, and testing the results.
Update or develop detailed process documentation required for development.
Gather solution requirements, then collaborate with developers on solution design.
Serve as a translator between automation developers and business process SMEs.
Demonstrates innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions.
Maintain process assessment standards with an eye for continuous improvement.
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues accordingly.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
1+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, or area of related expertise. RPA knowledge is a huge plus
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.
Proven leadership abilities including the ability to share knowledge, resolve conflict and create consensus.
Ability to take the lead on complex tasks with a flexible and dynamic personality
Effective Persuasive Communication including the ability to influence SMEs and business stakeholders toward change, automation, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Robotic Process Automation knowledge.
Any software development or coding experience.
Prior experience as a Business analyst working with different stakeholders in a cross functional team.
