Job Description:
The Connect Knowledge team at client location is looking for a Jr. Sales Content editor to help facilitate the maintenance of our sales knowledge base. This person will join a team of content editors, content maintenance specialists, and Knowledge Managers working on Connect Knowledge. Connect Knowledge is one of the most widely used tools in our sales organization enabling our global sales force to find the content they need throughout the sales process. This person must have communication and data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
Review all new incoming content through the SalesHub, PlatformsHub and PubHub review queue
Update the Scorecard Dashboard every quarter
Resolving flagged content in SalesHub, PlatformsHub and PubHub
Reviewing key newsletters e.g., SalesBulletin, Jason Spero’s Newsletter, and Debbie Weinstein’s Newsletter, etc. on a weekly basis to ensure all relevant collateral is uploaded to SalesHub.
Working with key content creators to migrate collateral from microsites to SalesHub
Key content audits, such as reviewing all Comm Docs and ensuring they are available in SalesHub and removed if they are deprecated.
Required Qualifications:
Degree is preferable, not mandated, Certification in editorial skill set would also suffice
Editorial background with 0-6 months of work experience (Preferable experience in data entry), Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for grasping and applying acquired knowledge; Process and task oriented
Desired :Some understanding of digital advertising industry & Google Ads
