Systems Reliability Engineering Technical Specialist 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expertise in reliability engineering tools and methods: Proficiency in failure mode avoidance, quantitative reliability analysis, and test planning will enable you to proactively identify risks, validate product robustness, and ensure reliability targets are met.

Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills: You’ll need to lead root cause investigations, apply corrective/preventive action systems, and use data-driven approaches to resolve complex product issues and prevent recurrence.

Systems thinking and modeling capabilities: The ability to model, simulate, and analyze product functions across system and component levels will help you influence design decisions and predict performance under real-world conditions.

Cross-functional leadership and communication: Success hinges on your ability to collaborate across technical and core teams, drive alignment on reliability goals, and guide others through structured processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.

Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making.

Electronic Systems Product Engineer

Investigates electronic application and systems problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results with guidance from more experienced team members. Applies and supports the improvement of electronic application and systems development processes and tools. Processes include system specification, modeling and simulation, calibration, Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R), and troubleshooting.

Accounting Associate – Level I

The Accounting Associate supports core accounting processes including account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, basic financial analysis, and month-end close activities. The role performs routine accounting tasks under direct supervision and ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial documentation, reporting, and export-related processes.

Job Responsibilities (Internal + External)

Assist with compiling, consolidating, and conducting basic analysis of accounting and financial information.

Prepare basic journal entries and ensure timely posting.

Support monthly and annual account reconciliations under direct supervision.

Prepare tables, charts, schedules, and exhibits for internal and external reports.

Participate in basic accounting projects and provide support as a team member.

Perform ad hoc reporting and data extraction as needed.

Qualifications:

Education (External JD)

High school diploma or equivalent, meeting applicable regulatory requirements.
Education (Internal JD / Preferred)

Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, data entry, and financial documentation.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare standard reports.

Knowledge of export documentation processes (LC, shipping bills, BRCs).

Familiarity with EDPMS and banking transaction workflows.

Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems (preferred).

Basic Knowledge of Change management is required

Genset and Engine part and product release activities need to be taken up in windchill and oracle system

Performing Hard validation activities (checking parts as per BoM) on line for Genset and Engine

Providing tool improvement ideas and working on IT demands for tool improvements

Preparing reporting using excel and power point
