As a Process Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and efficiency of our processes. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of our operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices to drive excellence
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and document quality assurance processes, guidelines, and procedures.
Conduct thorough and systematic internal audits of various processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and compliance with requirements.
Provide training and support to team members to ensure consistent understanding and application of quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to address process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track the effectiveness of solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving the enhancement of processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on quality assurance activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to process quality assurance.
Verification of audit finding and track to closure.
Knowledge of standards like CMMI, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000 would be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate with relevant experience.
B.Tech and BE degree will be an added advantage
Proven track record of 2-3 years in process quality assurance or a related role in IT industry.

Analyst – Marketing Automation
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
Understand, plan, build, and execute email communications, and marketing automation campaigns with Marketo and Salesforce CRM
Configure the marketing automation platform to create additional components of the campaign, such as campaign mailing lists, automated flows, web forms or personalization elements within the campaign assets
Carry out quality assurance on all aspects of the finished campaign build in-line with defined processes
Work with the project team to attain client sign off. This may involve managing client amendments, answering client queries, timely communication around project process, risks and concerns and running additional quality assurance processes as required
Manages lead generation process using forms and smart campaigns and monitor sync between Marketo and CRM
Have the capability to compose, negotiate, prioritize, and manage project deliverables with stakeholders as needed
Generate various reports in Marketo and share key metrics with stake holders
Basic understanding of Lead scoring.
Qualifications:
B.Tech or MBA in Marketing
1 to 3 years of experience email marketing and marketing automation
A proactive, progressive and analytical mindset
Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects
Good understanding of wider digital marketing aspects, campaign strategy

Job Description:
Configure, support, and maintain the Deloitte Canada & Chile networking infrastructure including Ethernet fabrics, switching, wireless, firewalls, routers, multiple WAN technologies, cloud presences, and a variety of Internet services across all locations and Data Centers
Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and expansions
Facilitate monitoring and management best practices to proactively provide the necessary capacity and performance along with reporting activities
Analyze network utilization, suggest improvements where needed, and work toward peak network efficiency
Take responsibility for network uptime and maintain network KPl’s

Qualifications:
