Qualification:

Proven ability to manage multiple vendor software, administrative tools, extranets, and reporting platforms, ideally including Microsoft tools, SAP HR, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

Data Analytics – Analyst – Hyderabad

Data Analytics –Analyst is responsible for developing data visualization dashboards and advanced reports using any of the leading visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, QlikSense, and Alteryx. Analyst will require to have data analysis skills using excel. Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, gathering and analyzing existing best practices and templates to develop cutting edge and data-driven insightful dashboards. Analyst will also be responsible for developing and supporting new design thinking process and related concepts in context of dashboard development.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: MCA, BTech, BSC Comp

Hands on experience on Alteryx, should have knowledge on all tools in Alteryx.
Well versed with data wrangling, ETL and data cleansing concepts
Experience working on Data Analytics and Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Knowledge of R/Python would be highly beneficial: Basic understanding of these statistical/analytical programming skills is necessary.

Understanding of agile software development practices and release of software products

Job Description:

• Focus on delivering world class customer service to every customer coming to the CXO Walk-up.
• Provides Hardware and Application Support. Asset management and tracking of hardware and software. This duty requires knowledge of existing processes.
• Install and configure firm-standard images on laptops & desktops.
• Interface with outside customers and vendors as required.
• Follow the direction of immediate supervisors or managers to implement new technology.
• Provide after-hours emergency support on a rotational basis as outlined per CXO service level agreements.
• Provides Mobile Device deployment & support; activities include Technology support guidance and recommendations, activation, account modifications, configuration, testing, problem identification and resolution.
• Grows relationships with business users at all levels in the organization. Promotes CXO services, engages customers to understand business needs and maintains ownership for problem resolution. Maintains other technology related updates to enhance the customer relationship.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech, BE & Engineering Graduates
• Technical troubleshooting, Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), Zoom, Windows and MAC operating systems, mobile device hardware and software, networking, video conferencing, Audio/Video, Telephony equipment, Active Directory administration will be an advantage.

Preferred:
• ITIL – Certification
