Job Description:
Searching the database to confirm submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal
Cleanse documents to remove client confidential information based on the confidentiality and intellectual property guidelines
Checking for completeness and consistency of content (content management)
Managing web portals for various business lines – content and web links through an extensive use of HTML
Posting content to the Web portal as per the taxonomy, tag content, and archive content
Compiling content usage reports related to the knowledge portal
Following established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content
Communicating with clients for projects, including project planning and reporting
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization
· 1-2 years of relevant work experience in social media management & analytics, social media content creation & management, social listening & benchmarking.
· Knowledge of Sprinklr or any other similar tools, Google & Adobe Analytics
· Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
· Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
· Suggest practical solutions and partner with clients to implement the solutions
· High energy with ability to deal with ambiguity
· Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
