Analyst – HR Services – Hyderabad
As a part of this team, you will be involved with the following:
Delivery of transactional processes such as:
o Reward and payroll
o Case management system bulk uploads
o References
o Car scheme administration
o Long service awards
o Onboarding processes
Filing and other general administration processes. Provide a customer focused experience through timely and
accurate completion of queries and activities, such as references, contract updates and letter production
Ensuring all SAP (HR system) related actions or updates are completed accurately in time for payroll deadlines
and in line with procedural guidelines. Deliver services ensuring service level agreements are met
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure
Escalate more complex queries to the UK Transactional Services team (as detailed in the escalation process)
Stay up to date with Deloitte HR policy and process developments
Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation
Liaison with other shared services organization teams as appropri
Graduate degree with 1-3 years of work experience
HR administration experience
Experience of the core Microsoft Office package
Technical – Knowledge of SAP or other HR systems
