Recruitment and Training Support Executive

Job Description:
·Organize/give support for the operational process of the in house & external training
·Organize, execute, check and record the exams for the related functions twice in a week, generally on Tuesday and Thursday
·Responsible for the whole internship and external temporary hirings in coordination with line managers, ensure all necessary documents are available for mandatory internships

·Arrange the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials for the effective delivery and measurement of training
·Upload all the details or any other candidate related data into HR System and keep these data updated all the times (exam scores, ref check, CVs etc.)
·Give support for executing reference checks and phone interviews
·Make regular CV scans for the current open and/or planned positions
·Prepare monthly tally sheet (puantaj) of the Talent Development, Training & Recruitment department
·Responsible for operational processes of the on boarding processes (DHL in a Box
·Arrange the responses for STT messages and the issues that raised via DHL HR
·Conduct regular recruitment feedback surveys for candidates
·Prepare DHL ‘offer kits’ for the recruitment team

·Organize meetings, training’s etc. (room, venue, accommodation, date, task log, laptop, other needed materials)
·Prepare the content of ‘This Month’ on behalf of the whole department
·Give support for posting the vacancies internally or externally through various channels like career portals/mTW/Linkedin etc.
·University degree
·Good written and verbal communication skills in English
·Preferably related work experience in HR; recruitment or training
·Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
·Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
·Self motivated and result oriented
·Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
·Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment
·Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities and meet deadlines
