The Recruitment Coordinator works as part of a team to coordinate recruitment activity to enable candidates to move through our selection process, from vacancy approval through to offer release and ensure we have an efficient and robust process. The role of the Recruitment Coordinator includes the below and we will provide any training for this:

Early Careers recruitment Coordination – Any UK base

Job Description:

Your role will be to support the Early Careers Recruitment Managers and the business to bring in the best candidates for the hiring stage of our process.

• Screening high volumes of applications and CVs
• Moving candidates through our recruitment systems and updating relevant spreadsheets
• Evaluating video interviews and making recommendations
• Provide support for the recruitment assessment centres e.g., sending out candidate invites
• Processing candidate offer information
• Answering candidate queries
• Setting up prewritten job adverts on our Applicant Tracking System and careers page
• Keeping candidates engaged through regular communication
• Creation of accurate reports
• Keeping key trackers and spreadsheets updated with current and accurate data

• Collaborative and a strong team player
• Strong attention to detail, organised with good administrative skills
• Active contributor to the team sharing ideas and making improvements to our processes and candidate experience
• Ability to proactively manage your time and prioritise tasks
• Offering flexibility and agility, with a willingness to take part in project work as well as offering ad hoc support to other functions and business areas when required
