Sales Representative – Asia
Primary responsibilities of this position are to implement all of the sales demand creation activities in Korea, with emphasis on the strategic local OEM account targets, as defined by APAC Sales Team Strategy. The objectives are attained through individual sales efforts, customer visits, account management, and working with the rest of the Korea Sales Team.
OEM
1. Identify market opportunities in Korea
2. Develop new clients to increase customer counts
3. Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering
4. Maintain relationships with existing clients
5. Using standardized sales tool and effectively maintain and update progress/status on new opportunities
EMS:
1. Coordinates with other team members for Korea fulfillment activities to ensure maximum sales volume for those programs running through selected EMS accounts.
Distribution: Strategy to achieve New Customer and Business
1. End-Customer targets; identify potential customers
2. Regular joint visit to customers
3. Identifying to seeking potential leads on customers/business
4. Monthly Reviews to compare plan to performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, prefer Electronic Engineering
Fresh graduate or 3-5 years’ experience in Electronics related industry would be preferred
Sound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for below Industries: Consumer – Home Appliance; Automotive & Transportation; Industrial segment
Knowledge of Codes and Standards
Fluent in written and oral English and Korean
Initiative and positive
Frequent travel is required

The Eaton Internship – Product Engineering is designed to provide opportunities to a diverse mix of interns who demonstrate the same high level of ethics, values, creativity, and performance we expect from our employees. During the duration of the assignment, participants will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders. Summer internships as well as Spring and Fall co-ops are available.
This internship provides individuals with great exposure to Eaton and would prepare them for a potential opportunity to be considered for one of Eaton’s full time Early Talent opportunities including our Applications Engineering Development Program or a Product Engineer role upon graduation.
Job Description:
• Work with a team to develop test fixtures for verifying performance of various elements of Switchgear and Motor Control assemblies. As a member of the team, you will work with lead engineers on design principles such as defining requirements, contributing to definition of hardware design, define test plans and perform validation testing to confirm that system and functional requirements are met.
• Work with a team to document and organize standards for control schematics along with other collateral utilized to fulfill customer requirements.
• Work with a team to improve productivity of the application engineering function through testing and implementation of engineering systems.
Qualifications:
• Actively enrolled or received a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from accredited institution
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
