Trade Compliance Analyst
Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with numerous, technical, legal and regulatory requirements associated with the company’s cross-border movement of goods and services; to mitigate the risk of such activities; optimize the financial impact of the company’s trade compliance activities through trade program management.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in international Trade, Business Administration, Law, or related field
1–3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs brokerage, international logistics or similar field
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and trade management software
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the EAR, CBP and FTSR Regulations preferred
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated and possess ability to handle multiple tasks
Understanding of Logistics/Global Supply Chain practices and concepts a plus
Knowledge of Fisher products preferred but not required
Flexible and adaptable to change
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Skills required, (MS Access preferred)
Certifications such as CCS, CES, or CUSECO preferred.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

Application Engineering Trainee
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the company’s L1 and L2 level product technical training, master the basic principles of the products and pass the assessment.
Study the product operation manual, be able to operate the products proficiently, master the setting of key product parameters, and pass the assessment.
Study the product design principles, understand the mechanical structure principles, electrical schematic diagrams, and electronic circuit schematic diagrams of the products, master the use of design software, and pass the assessment.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics or Automation
Excellent academic performance in professional courses, with priority given to those with awards in professional competitions.
English proficiency at CET-4 level or above
Professional skills required:
Strong continuous learning ability
Passionate about technical work, with technical research as a career development direction
Pragmatic, proactive, and responsible
Strong logical thinking ability, with clear and organized problem-solving skills
Basic English reading and writing skills, and fluent spoken English

Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you will be the trusted partner that customers turn to when they need expert guidance. You’ll combine your deep technical knowledge with problem-solving and communication skills to resolve issues, accelerate development schedules, and advocate for customers within NI.
You’ll not only solve problems—you’ll build relationships, educate customers, and shape the future of NI products by providing feedback to our R&D and sales teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer technical incidents during installation, implementation, and/or maintenance of NI products and platforms.
Call out complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of customer interaction.
Report design, reliability, or maintenance issues to R&D.
Identify new sales opportunities through support interactions and share insights with the sales team.
Support internal partners with technical questions.
Educate customers through training and technical engagements.
Guide customers through product startup, fixing, and solution maintenance.
Document and share knowledge to enable customer self-service (using Knowledge-Centered Service methodology).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science).
Professional-level English (B2 minimum).
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (LabVIEW experience preferred).
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
