EA-MF Swiss- Finance Transformation – Associate Analyst – India
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Description:
Works closely with the other Finance PMOs and at the direction of the CH Finance Offshore team lead to coordinate Finance PMO activities with respect to strategic and operational system and process changes
Supports with the determination and measurement of the benefits of changes
Supports with the revision of global tools and templates to ensure fit for purpose for Switzerland
Keeps CH Finance Team informed of changes and impacts, facilitates access to global training materials and training environment, and documents lessons learned
Attending and participating in weekly internal meetings
Providing minutes and updates to relevant tracker files & planner
Attend NSE sessions* and provide minutes to temp. NSE pillar leads
Support on strategic project deliverables
Working semi-autonomously over time*
Support strategic projects leads with a view to become a liaison between key stakeholders and NSE pillar representative
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (BCom/BBA/BMS)
• 0-1 year of related professional service experience (e.g., Finance PMO role)
• Positive attitude, strong team player, and willingness to learn from others
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills (English language)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and work under shifting conditions and tight deadlines
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective listening skills and ability to empathize with key stakeholders
• Experience with any ERP and core MS Office packages (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills must be strong)

Analyst – SQL Developer – Technology CoE
Job Responsibilities:
Must have experience on MS SQL Server.
Good knowledge of RDBMS concepts & DB design.
Monitor, maintain SQL server databases and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
Should be strong in Transact-SQL i.e. writing Stored Procedures, UDF and Triggers on high transaction systems
Monitor database systems, create baselines & alerts, and proactively fix issues to ensure production database systems work seamlessly
Experience with at least one ETL tool for e.g. SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica is preferable
Should be able to create scripts and ETL jobs to load large data sets into data warehouses from numerous sources
Experience in developing ETL processes for Data Warehouse, Data Marts and Operational Data Stores
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Min 3 years of experience in years of relevant experience in MS SQL Development/DBA projects

Analyst/ Sr. Analyst/ Assistant Manager – Project Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Create Program and Projects plan in MS-Project leveraging Deloitte’s standard and method
Deliver project management reporting and plans including scheduling, health indicator and resource leveling in MS Project for large projects and programs.
Create and manage project deliverables e.g., status reports, risk metrics, project forecasts analytics and other artifacts as needed.
Identify and support project team training on Deloitte methods and tools and delivery standards.
Contribute to the practice by adding value, improving delivery, and sharing best practices for team and practice improvement.
Lead various internal trainings on Deloitte method and tools
Support various QRM activities lead by Project Specialist
Provide recommendations to improve use, adoption and understanding of the method and enabling tools.

Qualifications:

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
Advanced knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery.
Knowledge of various Agile framework and experience with agile techniques (Facilitating, integrated sprint planning, product backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective).
Experience with business transformation and technology enablement project delivery.

Job Description:
Configuration Management Database for the IT Infrastructure production support for the UK Member Firm. CMDB is used by an UK member firm to store information about hardware and software assets (commonly referred to as configuration items). Work towards breaking down configuration items into logical layers. Data warehouse management for the organization and store information regarding the relationships among its assets. The CMDB team provides a means of understanding the organization’s critical assets and their relationships, such as information systems, upstream sources or dependencies of assets, and the downstream targets of assets.
The role reports directly to the Configuration Manager and will be responsible for proactively assisting Service Management activities in relation to the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, IT, or similar).
Certification: ITIL Foundation, Cloud Certification will be a plus
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in NOC management or related roles
