Job Description:

Extracting data from internal and external data source
Working on daily monthly reports
Publishing the report to internal management team and also external client
Maintaining of historical data as defined in the process

1. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.

2. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.

3. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports and send it to customer on a daily basis

4. Downloading data from client portal & sharing in a specific requested format

5. Work as per the client requirement & adapt the changes based on instructions

6. Maintaining TAT/SLA of sharing Reports to the Client at all times.

7. Prepare Adhoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.

8. Identify the opportunities of automating on the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques .

9. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations

Job Description:

Check and authorize financial & non-financial transactions based on threshold assigned to profile.
Ensure all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
Ensure that control mechanisms are followed, daily reports are verified and all periodical returns are prepared, verified and dispatched within scheduled time.
Ensure periodic control checks are done as per “Key Control Check-list” and any discrepancy found to be highlighted.
Ensure ‘Nil’ operational losses due to errors or lapse in laid down controls.
Promptly escalate any irregularities / incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.
Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
Ensure staff reporting meets service standards as per Service Level Agreements or cut-off times mentioned in operating procedures.
Assist in updating department policies and/or procedures.
