Seasonal Production Associate
As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will participate in the assembly and production of Tesla’s vehicles and energy products. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and value teamwork in a safety focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Complete standard work process and follow work instructions, procedures, and rotate as required
Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business
Operate complex manufacturing equipment under supervision
Escalate technical and process issues to the appropriate support groups and leaders
Production Associates must be able to perform a wide array of essential functions across several production and manufacturing lines and work areas, as business needs require
Follow safety guidelines and procedures and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Maintains exemplary attendance and punctuality to scheduled shifts
Qualification:
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new work environments
Ability to learn new technology
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, overnight, and/or weekends as needed as well as potential overtime

Supervisor, Technical Customer Support
Tesla Technical Customer Support Supervisors are proactive, hands-on leaders who guide a team of 16–22 Technical Customer Support Specialists toward delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships across internal departments including Energy Operations, Finance, Legal, Interconnections, Pre PTO, Property and Title and work cross-functionally with those teams to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and eliminate root-cause defects.
You will coach, develop, and audit Technical Customer Support Specialists to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Tesla’s Measures of Excellence. As a front-line leader, you’ll not only support escalations and complex cases but also serve as a subject matter expert on Tesla’s energy products and policies.
Qualification:
Proven leadership and communication skills in a customer support environment
Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment aligned with Tesla standards
Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams
Critical thinking, reporting, presentation, and delegation capabilities
Familiarity with Tesla Energy product terminology and contract structures

Customer Experience Specialist
Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
Engage guests in meaningful conversation to understand who they are, what brought them to Tesla, and their intent and timeline for purchase—building a complete and personalized customer profile
Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and curating a tailored product experience, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations aligned with their interests
Conduct engaging delivery orientations, highlighting key features and benefits to ensure new owners feel confident and excited about their vehicle
Support sales pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners
Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs
Qualification:
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with proven track record to meet and exceed goals
Passionate about the Tesla Mission and our innovations in the personal transportation industry. Keep up with EV industry trends and local incentives
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

Associate Energy Systems Technical Support Engineer
An Associate Energy Systems Technical Support Engineer provides technical support for Tesla’s Industrial Energy Storage product lines, ensuring Tesla meets its obligations and commitments by responding to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. This position will ideally suit someone who is client facing with an electrical or engineering background. This position requires a high level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Service staff to proactively improve the owner experience for a rapidly growing customer base.
Qualification:
Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience, preferably with an electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering background
Excellent written and oral English communications skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Energy industry experience or background in a technical support
Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred
