Junior Engineer Operations – India
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Zero Near miss, first aid and injury.
Drive COQ improvement and zero quality escape.
Cost reduction through process, cycle time & consumable optimization.

Tracking and on time delivery of NPI.
Daily plan Vs actual monitoring and action plan to mitigate misses.

Assistant Engineer -India
Job Responsibilities:
Welding of tubes, air manifolds, sheet metal parts, stainless steel and Inconel material.
Repair of defective stainless steel and Inconel castings.
Welding and fabrication by using TIG and Orbital welding processes.
Ability to read, understand, analyze and interpret drawings, manuals, SOP, MOS and other material to determine finish product and assembly of welded products.
Shall have multiskilling of welding and fabrication of all parts in the cell
Shall have familiar with problem solving tools 5Why, Fishbone and know how’s of RCA
Shall have ability to train others welders
Shall be certified in welding process as per AWS D17.1 in 6G position with II A & III B materials.
Shall have experience to produce X ray quality Class A weld joints, with SS 321 & Inconel 625 material
Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety Mindset.
Knowledge in welding machines usage and their accessories like welding positioners, Bevellers, Rollers, 3D welding tables, etc.
TIG Welding Experience in SS321 and INCO 625 Tubes and Sheets
Qualification :

Job Responsibilities
Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases.
For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related discipline with 3 years of research and development experience, OR Associate’s Degree in a STEM related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of research and development experience.
Experience designing, fabricating, and operating test hardware and/or complex test systems.
Experience translating general project objectives and guidance into specific work packages.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with researchers, customers, and vendors with clarity and confidence.
Due to the nature of the duties of this position, this role requires the individual to have the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. citizenship.
