To be responsible for accurate & timely sorting, prioritizing, keying, verification, validation of data and perform quality review & process fulfillment ensuring client requirement are met.
To maintain company safeguards to protect confidential client information, identify & communicate erroneous, inaccurate, and/or inefficient output/processes to leadership and participate in problem resolutions.
To order inventory based on weekly usage and maintain resource & asset protection practices to control sensitive & perishable client inventory.
To organize, prioritize and prepare printed documents (letters, envelopes, coupons, checks, enclosure) & shipping material and fulfill all outgoing material based on client instructions.
To perform data entry function such as key in alpha/numeric/symbolic data from source documents into various software programs, ensure correctness & completeness of all outgoing material.
To perform quality review of completed material(self/peer’s), prepare outgoing material & billing invoice for mail/postage processing and prepare & submit electronic reports for total completed/rejected output.
Qualification:
