Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our early career program designed to develop future sellers in commercial excellence. This role includes a 5-month rotation focused on Sales, leading to a capstone presentation on Month 6 to the executive leadership, giving you hands-on experience in customer engagement, solution selling, and strategic account management. You’ll learn how to drive business growth and deliver value to customers while gaining exposure to Honeywell’s advanced building automation technologies.

Job Requirement: 

Sales Rotation:

Partner with account managers to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
Assist in identifying customer needs and aligning Honeywell solutions to meet those needs.
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Analyze sales performance data and market trends to support growth initiatives.

Commercial Development:

Engage in structured learning modules on Honeywell building automation products, services and software, commercial processes, and selling skills.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work May 2026
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date

Electronic Design Trainee

As Intern – Electronic Design Trainee here at Honeywell’s Platform Hardware Design (Electronic Solutions) in Brno, you will be part of a team working on new products that span from Urban Air Mobility through Military Mission Computer to Space design. This is a part-time opportunity for current university students.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days’ work from home model.

Job Responsibilities

Read and understand redlined and marked up blueprints, schematics or wire-lists, enter changes into drafting tool and generate Change Request deliverables.
Interpret Parts Lists and electrical drawings.
Interface with Work Coordinator for project prioritization, schedules.
Support electrical designers with part/model generation as needed for incorporation into assemblies.
Ensure designs of new products are complete, on-time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
University experience designing electrical parts and assemblies
Experience with Mentor Xpedition or similar design tools (Cadence ORCAD or LTSpice).
Knowledge of PBA production methods.
Good command of English language is mandatory (B2 at least).
