Graduate Large Format Supplies Ops Analyst
Job Description:
Drive and consolidate cost reduction funnel across manufacturing sites, aligning metrics to provide a system view CR funnel across the LTP time horizon
Prepare fortnightly content for General Manager desk review of cost reduction funnel
Program manage maintenance kit cost reduction initiatives, including evaluation of supply chain alternatives, current funnel of savings $1M
Identify incremental cost reduction activities including
Analyze actual performance and benchmark with other product lines supply chain metrics to identify savings opportunities
Review trends of costs of ESC components comparing across portfolio
Challenge different organizations to deliver savings with regular reviews
Identify initiatives from other organizations for leverage
Availability
Manage availability and aging analyses for NPIs during stabilization period, facilitating inventory rebalancing as needed, in particular when facing quality challenges
Measure forecast accuracy to be aligned with regional SC teams and influence category to improve performance
Prepare forecast comparisons and facilitate monthly regional reviews to ensure alignment and clear understanding of trends driving WW ESC volumes
Ensure Assurance of Supply of the maintenance and printhead kits, which are not supported by planning
Education and Experience Required:
Recent graduate in Bachelor’s or master’s in Business, Engineering, or Operations
Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced level of Excel and analytics tools
Fluent English Level
Knowledge of general operations function.
Knowledge of product operations fundamentals
