Client Experience Associate – US
Job Description:
Ensure the overall appearance of the Wealth Center is appropriate and proper stocking and placement of collateral
Manage the provision of service to Wealth Center customers. Identify potential process improvements to ensure achievement of Wealth Center performance targets
Live and represent the brand; exemplify the five brand attributes of being perceptive, progressive, responsive, respectful and fair, both internally and externally
Complete accounting-related responsibilities for the center including regular cash control activities (ATM processing, current transaction system reconciliations, negotiable instruments) and general ledger account maintenance and reconciliation
Support Center Manager with compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $48,300.00 and $72,500.00
Qualifications:
Greet and assist customers who visit the Wealth Center for scheduled appointments and financial transactions
Minimum of two years proven and progressive customer service and or operational experience within a retail banking, wealth management or equivalent
Foreign language skills, such as Mandarin/ Cantonsese is required
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, related field or equivalent experience
Proven decision making, customer service, organizational, analytical, planning and mathematical skills
Ability to work well in a team environment, build personal relationships with current and potential clients, and demonstrate strong and succinct written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities
Preparation of MIS and Leader dashboards and performance dashboards for sales team.
Parameters tracked include Revenue, NTB and Assets & Deposits balances
Customer portfolio – prepare and circulate all details available a customer level including active/inactive clients, RM /Tl/Region/CSM mapping, product mapping and digital parameters
P&L leakages – identify and fix P&L leakages, liaise with finance regularly; take feedback from

Tracking and reporting of franchise income

The Wealth Relationship Officer works closely with the Wealth Relationship Manager and the overall Relationship Team to provide an outstanding customer experience to valuable banking and wealth clients. Data Governance Analyst
Job Description:
Support DAO Data Governance Lead in providing responses to audits, regulatory exams, and regulatory queries related to BCBS / RDAR
Ensure relevant operating and procedural documentation required for BCBS/RDAR is current as regulations change
Prescribe data policies, procedures, and controls to drive a consistent data governance approach
Support and develop materials for US DAO SteerCo governance forums and working groups
Interface with senior management across the US for the various functions to ensure an integrated approach across all aspects of data management
Support HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Proactive sharing of data governance and training best practices and expectations across the US
Support a positive and collaborative working environment across DAO and the Data Governance team

Qualifications:
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (i.e. BCBS239, CCAR, RDARR, CCPA)
3-5 years of experience with US regulatory compliance programs for large data-related organizations
Understanding of data-related governance regulatory requirements and fluent with emerging trends and issues
Knowledge of data governance practices, business, and technology issues related to data protection
Working experience in an agile environment

We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst/ Associate on our Public Sector DCM Origination desk.
The successful candidates’ main duties will involve:
Preparing presentation and marketing materials to cover market, regulatory and pricing developments.
Issuer coverage to understand financing needs, market access, timing, execution strategy and asset class selection.
Pricing & relative value positioning of a multitude of securities, transactions across currencies.
