Client Relationship Management – Support
Support the RM in delivery of revenue and asset/liability target(s) from existing portfolio of clients and the acquisition of new clients in a responsible manner and compliant with HSBC policies.
• Assist HSBC to attain its strategic growth targets while at the same time maintaining a high-quality credit book.
• To regularly monitor and screen portfolio for early warning signals and take corrective actions as appropriate. To complete the Annual Reviews in a time bound manner
• Contribution to meet the client’s needs: total event and flow wallet growth (per year-on-year growth in Horis /Omnia revenue) of needs based cross-business referrals (per Global Links).
• Ensure timely compliance with all FCC requirements for the portfolio.
• To liaise with various internal departments (Risk, CDT OPS, GLCM, GTRF, etc.) and ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
• Ensure implementation of all audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ review of the assigned portfolio.
Job Requirements
• Graduate Trainee/CA/MBA with relevant experience in a client management and corporate banking role.
• Sound commercial lending skills including a working knowledge of credit and lending, trade products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, financial analysis etc.
Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines & handle competing priorities
• Additional Information
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

• Primary Responsibility is to Support Wi-Fi incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution
• Have good working knowledge of Wi-Fi infrastructure and associated components.
• Working with other IT teams including Incident Management team during crisis and represent Telecoms.
• Working as part of a global NOC team.
• Work with Incident manager, L3, L2 support engineers & provide required inputs regarding Wi-Fi Incidents
• Work within global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a “follow the Sun” basis.
• Drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures.
• Support Incident Management during Post Incident Reviews.
• Ensure global standards are set and adhered to.
• Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them Continuous Improvement.
Job Requirements:
• Good technical skills for handling Wi-Fi Incidents.

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst who will work for local Risk Applications decommissioning (Libra Legacy project) under Wholesale Models wider programme, and more widely for Risk applications changes. Libra Legacy project aims to decommission underlying local applications in cross functions domain as part of the Wholesale Risk Models implementation. Project is being kicked-off; therefore, a detailed systems analysis is required to further progress IT scope and Roadmap. Support of other change initiatives prioritized in the Portfolio will also be required. Cross functions teams are organized in PODs (Agile/ Scrum).
Job Requirement:
Senior Business Analyst skills preferably with experience in Risks/ Finance/ Loans Data
Strong analytical mind, rigorous, ability to synthesize

The Analyst, Real Estate (HK) will provide analysis to support the firm’s real estate strategy in HK.
