Trainee Program 2022 – Brazil

You will start as a trainee, a phase in which, in addition to going through the experiences and learning of a diverse and knowledge-filled environment, you will also have the opportunity to outline a career plan, a path so that you know exactly where to start and where you can go. After being a trainee, you will become an auditor, advisor or consultant, until you reach the position of Senior. It will continue to evolve into stronger management roles in the positions of manager, senior manager, director and partner.

Prerequisites: the trainee program is intended for university graduates and recent graduates (up to two years): Accounting Sciences and IT courses: from the 2nd year and basic level of English; Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law, Economics, Engineering (all), Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Marketing, Architecture, Design, Advertising and International Relations: from the penultimate year of graduation and intermediate level English.

Program admission dates vary according to the area of ​​activity and the location of interest. The process consists of the following steps:

1st Stage: Institutional video and complementary information form;
2nd Stage: Curriculum Assessment;
3rd Stage: Online Tests of Portuguese, Logic, English (eliminating) and Basic Accounting (qualifying);
4th Stage: Group Dynamics;
5th Stage: Final Interviews;
6th Stage: Admission Process.
