Technical Management Trainee – Europe
The Technical Management Trainee role offers a unique opportunity to unlock your full potential and enhance your technical and soft skills through:
• Active collaboration with Manufacturing Technology Engineers in both project work and daily production operations

Packaging Executive – India
The Production Supervisor Trainee will assist and execute all production processes within a single technical process or shift, ensuring areas of responsibilities meet company standards for safety, quality, efficiency and financial performance. We seek a multifaceted team leader who will be able to undertake project work off shift when required and deputize when needed in the absence of the shift manager.
Job Description:
Assist in execution of day-to-day operations for assigned area, ensuring reports are following policies and procedures related to employee safety and food and feed safety.
Monitor risks associated with products and ensure the quality of the product meets customer specifications.
Maintain adherence to company safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure employee and product safety at all times by completing full training according to task procedures and individual needs.
Support and administer production budget for a department, process, or shift.
Mentor production workers and participate in their selection. Handle holidays, welfare, performance reviews and engagement, highlight training gaps and needs, disciplines, performance management and absent management.
Identify risks and recommend areas of improvement and innovation.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

As a Quality Control Officer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our cattle feed products. Job Description:
Good working knowledge on handling Proximate Analysis (Protein, fat, Fiber, AIA, Moisture etc.) and Toxin by Rapid Kit method.
Analyse, Monitor and control quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
Ensure Calibration, verification and maintenance of equipment and other Glass ware as per protocol.
Ensuring Lab safety requirement with periodical audit and observation closure.
Maintain and Ensure Bureau of Indian Standards (regulatory) related document and records.
Maintain laboratory Supplies handling wetchemistry (Chemical, Glass ware etc) and maintain stock as per requirement.
Ensure Raw material and Finished product Release as per defined timelines
Implementation of Global procedures and programs related to NIR and other KPIs.
Data analysis and interpretation with good knowledge of Excel and PPT.
Training and development of Quality control team
Qualifications:
Graduation in a related field (Chemistry, Biotech, Agriculture, Food science Etc.) or equivalent experience

Job Description:
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will ensure compliance with the Domestic / export and warehouse coordination and documentation as per regulations . In this role, you will proactively plan, organize and oversee the work of a team in the receipt, storage and movement of goods in the warehouse while also coordinate for high volume exports and documentation , following established compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirement:
Plan, organize, coordinate and control warehouse operations and work of the team.
Plan, handle and review logistic operations (Domestic / Export) i.e. Invoicing, E-way Bill and other related documents to optimize resource use and minimize costs of warehouse operations and perform processes audits.
Act in conformity with defined procedures to resolve routine logistics issues and provide the best value for the customer and the carrier.
Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and develop activities aimed at their improvement.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Production Engineer – Malaysia
The Production Engineer, will apply engineering techniques to assist in the improvement of manufacturing processes and products. In this role, you will provide technical support, operations experience, continuous improvement and project management skills and be a contributing member of a team on issues related to the operational domain area. You will participate in the guidance and oversight of external third parties that are utilized at the site. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical engineering and related field.
Preferable 1-2 years experience in palm oil and fractionation.
Strong data analysis capabilities including continuous improvement experience or certifications.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of operating systems used to build custom talilored solutions that meet unique customer specific requirements of engineering subject matter.
