Market Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Review discount requests from John Deere dealers. Grant final approvals after researching input from strategic account managers
Assist with projects to further integrate Dynamics CRM into the team’s operations
Compile, analyze and disseminate historical and current data to provide management with trends and analysis. Assist and execute complex queries and analysis, targeting specific programs
Design, build and deliver statistical reports based on the analysis results
Lead and execute the department’s promotional item strategy. Monitor and manage budget for both
Provide customer experience that makes customers want to do business with John Deere and its local dealers
Serve as sales coordinator on assigned direct rental account teams on an as-needed basis. Coordinate open orders, logistics and invoicing
Ensure the correct configurations of products are shipped quickly and accurately to national rental accounts

Job Requirement:

Attention to detail, accuracy
Excellent communication, internally and with customers
Proactive drive to provide excellent customer experience
Proficient Excel skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs

Customer and marketing events planning and execution experience
Marketing and customer service experience, eagerness to engage with customers
Familiarity with the activities at a heavy equipment dealership
Familiarity with the construction industry
Data reporting
Logistics experience

Qualification:

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant discipline or equivalent related work experience

Credit Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities:​

Respond to customer and dealer requests (e.g. payment deferrals, early settlements, exchange of equipment, etc.) and provide exceptional customer support.
Review and manage credit documentation for incoming credit applications.
Monitor customer financing repayments (cash collection, past due management, write-offs).
Process customer claims efficiently.
Provide credit processing support to country credit underwriting teams.
Establish close partnerships with stakeholders across our retail portfolio countries to ensure timely and accurate quality control of client data.
Continuously look for improvements in processes and implement them in our systems.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans and leases.
Proficiency in English (B2+).
University degree, preferably in a finance or business-related field.
Excellent communication, customer service skills and customer centricity.
Ability to manage customer interactions, handle complaints and work well under pressure.
Affinity for numbers.
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detail.​

Nice to have:​

Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage.

Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Become an important member within a highly aligned, effective, quality & operations team.
Provide directions to technicians on containment, inspections, quality procedures and tools to monitor critical processes.
Provide quality planning, control, and improvement (CI) support for product development & operations teams (Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management and Logistic) to ensure John Deere product quality meets customers’ expectations.
Support PDP (Product Design) quality engineer during the new implementing phases.
Owning defined Business Operating Processes (Quality).
Report defined quality KPI’s through operations teams and management.
Analyze system data & KPI’s to facilitate quality-related discussions with internal and external customers & suppliers to drive corrective action.
Collaborate with John Deere units on product & process synergies.

Qualification:

Background in Engineering (construction, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, power systems, logistics etc.).
1 or more years of related experience in quality or manufacturing engineering in a design/manufacturing environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
A hands-on mentality and ability to lead with minimal supervision to robustly solve quality issues.
Understanding of the Quality Process Controls and the connection to people executing them in a “No Fault Forward” structure.
Understanding of the execution of quality tools such as Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (5W, 8D, A3 and more).
Adaptability to effectively change priorities to meet business objectives.
Good Dutch and English language skills.
