Programme Summary

A dynamic, two-year Engineering Graduate Development Programme with rotations across
Design & Development, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations, providing exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept to commercial manufacture.
Opportunities to collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality engineers, clinicians and other technical experts to develop innovative orthopaedic products and processes.
Hands-on involvement in projects spanning product design, verification and validation, process development, manufacturing optimisation, design for manufacture, design transfer and continuous improvement.

Requirements of the Role
