Accountant, Global Fixed Asset – Philippines

A fixed asset accountant performs various functions in ensuring effective maintenance of an organization’s fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Job Description:

Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls
Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed
Track, compile, and record project costs in fixed asset accounts; close out the accounts at the completion of the projects
Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger
Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets
Perform revision and update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets
Perform asset retirement obligation calculations for ARO applicable assets
Supports periodic reviews on intangible assets’ impairment
Initiates inventory counts of fixed assets physically
As may be requested by management, perform fixed asset related analyses
Build fixed asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with auditors on their assignments
Track Company’s fixed asset spending in relation to its capital budget, as well as management authorizations.

Qualifications:

Possess Bachelor’s degree in accounting
1-2 years of experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Possess strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Solid understanding and experience of fixed assets and General Ledger
Possess strong proficiency in Excel
Strong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systems

Analyst, Global Data Manager – US

The Analyst, Global Data Manager (GDM) is a professional individual contributor role at entry level that will provide oversight and accountability and/or execute data management activities and/or perform scientific data review for one or more trials of low to moderate complexity. The Analyst, GDM will make recommendations and influence decisions for specific trials or assignments. This individual will analyze and provide input into decisions with direction from a manager or Data Management Leader (DML). This position receives ongoing direction to achieve objectives, and work is reviewed on a regular basis with the DML.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Clinical Data Management, Life Sciences or Computer Sciences.
Clinical data management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of scientific concepts presented in clinical trial protocols is preferred.
Experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry, Contract Research Organization (CRO) or related industry is preferred.
Knowledge of applicable international guidelines regarding data management of clinical trials is preferred.
Knowledge of current industry standards (e.g., Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC), Study Data Tabulation Model (SDTM), Clinical Data Acquisition Standards Harmonization (CDASH), etc.) is preferred.
Knowledge of technology platforms for data exchange and project management is preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing organization and business environment.
The ability to collaborate with all levels of management in a cross-functional team environment is preferred.

QA Engineer – Netherlands

As the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of exceptional professionals and contribute to the success of our goals.
Your role will be to provide support for product and process development projects and the production process, as well as support in the implementation, improvement and development of the quality policy and the quality system in order to guarantee the quality of the goods produced by AMO Groningen. Job Responsibilities

Ensure quality assurance within product and process development projects
Perform and assess statistical analyzes and support the implementation of statistical process control techniques, sampling schemes and other quality techniques
Assess and partly determine specifications for raw materials and consumables, processes, semi-finished products and end products in relation to internal and external quality standards
Drafting and reviewing protocols and reports
Review all changes to product specifications
Advising, reviewing and approving changes in products/processes or systems, in line with the applicable procedures. Approving all QMS related procedures and work instructions
Continuous improvement of the focus area in response to regulatory developments, trends, deviations or other data-driven inputs.

Technical area or business administration
2-4 years in a similar quality role
