Finance is a major contributor to the leadership, growth, value, and reputation of Johnson & Johnson! The Finance Analyst supports these principles in order to accomplish the mission of being a proactive business partner and delivering outstanding financial services while upholding the highest integrity. He/she provides all round financial support for various business partners across the different areas of the business. Main business partners include the Global Strategic Program teams and the Global Procurement Category teams.
Quarterly performance deck preparation for Global Categories and Programs focusing on proving insightful and predictive analytics
Business Partnering with Program Leads for Global Strategic initiatives supporting Network Optimization for External Manufacturing and Complexity Reduction for Direct Material.
Support the Central Funding process for Network Optimization for Consumer Source, and support business case preparation.
Quarterly Closing, Business Planning & Reporting and source finance analytics
Onboarding & Training Ambassador for Consumer Finance and Procurement teams
Continuously find opportunities for improving finance processes.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably a major in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree, MBA or other financial certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA) are preferred.
Less than 2 years of previous work experience is preferred
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Other languages are a plus
Advanced level in MS Excel & PowerPoint
