Job Description:
Responsible for collaborative work with customers, he must maintain a high level of satisfaction through analysis and recommendations for correct and timely replenishment. Responsible for tracking orders from entry to billing and delivery. It is the link between the client and the rest of the areas of the company (Sales, Logistics, Demand, etc.) It prepares action plans together with Sales and the client to maximize sales. Client Responsible for the parameters that make the calculation of orders for automatic replenishment (safety stock, minimum order, average sale, etc.)
Main responsibilities:
– Monitoring of stock indicators, sales and customer supply chain
– Calculation of key performance indicators, reports and reports
– Preparation of action plans in case of deviations
– Communication with the commercial and logistics area
Qualification:
Education: University graduate, Administration / Economics / Industrial Engineering / Logistics / Management Control or related degrees
Experience in collaborative work with clients / customer service or analysis positions
Languages: English at least intermediate
