Job responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

Ensure accurate month end close process to complete close of books and records under US GAAP as well as local GAAP for Singapore and Australia Asset Management Legal Entities
Perform analytical review to identify any significant misstatement on Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and liaise with other functions to identify business drivers for significant variances
Involve in the monthly general ledger certification and substantiation process
Work closely with the Regional MIS team in HK on financial planning and analysis processes such as monthly Flash vs Actual reporting and reviewing outlook revenue and expenses
Assist in the regulatory, tax and management reporting.
Support the annual statutory and tax audits in Singapore and Australia
Support the preparation of meeting materials for various location management committee meetings and regional finance control meetings
Participate in working groups for projects and new initiatives impacting the Singapore and Australia Asset Management Legal Entities
Maintain high level of internal control standards

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline

Regulatory Reporting Analyst – India

Job Responsibilities:

Perform deal reviews within the Service Level Agreement which involves reviewing term sheet versus risk management systems and legal confirmation versus risk management systems
Ensure accurate reviews and timely escalation of unissued/unexecuted documents
Drive efficiency in the current process and identify incorrect booking practices and educate Middle Office on the impact
