Job Responsibilities:
Undertaking data collection, preprocessing and analysis
Building models to address business problems
Presenting information using data visualization techniques

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.

Assistant Manager – CRM
Job Description
1) Driving and tracking Weekly , Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly -Leads , Walkins and Revenue – Both from Booked base and Employee base for the LnT group.

Targets will be decided after meeting each team member individually and based upon
What’s overall company’s plan and what launches are planned.
2) Aligning, Training and Motivating the Function teams – CRM, Customer excellence , Possession team , LnT Finance,Call center team to generate quality leads .
Each of these functions will be given a Leads, Walkins and Revenue Target. we will need to drive it.
3) Building rapport and relationship with Booked base and Employee base and act as consultant and relationship manager for the base assigned.
Booked and Employee Base will be divided among the team.
Each manager needs to own the base and do callings and meetings to generate Self sourced leads.
50 connects / 5 Meetings daily .
4) Role will be Site based and once a week Review meeting will happen at HO.
Loyalty Sales managers will be based out of sales office where the launch is going on or where the most potential is there.
In Launch full team will be based out of launch site.
During Sustenance 1 member each at 4 active sustenace sites.
Willingness to travel is a must.
5) Coordination with closing teams at site level to generate referrals for booked and Employee base and leverage the relationships of closing teams also.
6) Team will be fully trained of Loyalty and associate referral pitch and benefits.
They will need to ensure that each and every Booked client and employee is aware of the benefits .
Mailers , whatsapp campaigns to be done for the base.
7) Participate in key handovers, Registrations and events to generate quality leads by pitching the programme.
8) Clients escalations coming to sales office need to ensure are resolved in coordination with Crm and customer excellence team to generate future referrals.

Assistant Manager – Loyalty Sales
Job Description:
The position is responsible for achieving the order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales and collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction for Pan India Projects.
To achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales team for the respective products & services for India
To build the seeding database from internal and external data sources
Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage
Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel
Prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy for various operative loyalty formats in consultation with the marketing teams.
Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share
Keen market insight to pre-empt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly
Creating a roadmap to gain share of customer’s mind and customer’s wallet.
Conceptualizing, managing, and maintaining loyalty and reward programs.
Formulating customer contests and customer referral programs based on app/digital/other platforms.
Driving BTL campaigns including but not limited to meets and road shows.
Creating successful customer engagements at events & exhibitions.
Carrying out Sales site based campaigns.
Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Managing a library of customer success stories/testimonials.
Identifying customers and their current and future needs, monitoring the competition and adapting strategies accordingly
Qualification:
· Full-time Graduate; MBA full-time preferred although not compulsory
· Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales target through a network of Loyalty Partners.
· Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude
