Analyst – Digital (Web Publishing & Marketing Automation) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Job Description:

Web

Creating and updating of topic, article and solution pages (using AEM components)
Customizing web pages using HTML functionality; HTML fragment maintenance and governance
Analyzing and measuring stats – measuring webpage views across each month
Presenting the data in a useable format to communicate and report back to the business
Resolving day to day issues
Liaising with stakeholders to develop adherence to policies and procedures and communicating these to site users
Ensuring SEO best practices are incorporated in our webpages
Performing Deloitte website maintenance activities and removing/archiving old content
Understanding the new templates and developments from Global and introducing them in Australia with AU strategy and governance

Marketing Automation

Supporting the business in implementing events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines and industry groups across Australia;
Database Management and carry out administration requirements on CRM/Marketing Automation platforms;
Create email direct marketing templates and ensure the quality and timely output of marketing collateral;
Provide key inputs to the stakeholders for the success of the campaign
Execute A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance;
Create campaign flows and ensure compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data;
Analyse campaign data and help drive the email list through organic efforts.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 0 to 2 years’ experience in Content Publishing, Email Marketing, Campaign Management
Advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop is a must
Technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems
Working experience of CRM platforms like (Salesforce, MS-Dynamics);
Exposure to any email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.)

Preferred:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Ability to work with stakeholders in a virtual setup;
Able to multitask without forgoing attention to detail.

We’re looking for enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn and grow within our Firm’s internal records and contracts function. As a Records and Contracts Management Services (RCMS) Intern, you’ll rotate across various teams within the RCMS team and spend 10 weeks developing new skills, working with diverse groups of professionals, and gaining first-hand exposure to the tools, processes, and technologies we support for our client – the Firm. You’ll get to know other interns who share similar goals, attend company-hosted events, meet staff members in other departments, and network with people in your field of interest.

Job Description:

As a RCMS Intern, you’ll participate in local and national trainings, networking events, and community activities to enhance your internship experience. You’ll work with several teams within RCMS, such as Destruction, Holds and Hard Copy, Compliance & Reporting, Systems, Contracts, Stakeholders, Change & Operations, etc. Once assigned to your teams, you’ll provide support by helping facilitate activities such as user acceptance testing, system implementations, data analysis, document analysis, contributing to archiving reporting, supporting transformation initiatives, supporting internal and external communications, organizing team meetings, and more.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors; Bachelor’s degree in progress in one of these areas of study: records and information management, information science, library science, industrial/systems engineering, business, business analytics, data science, information technology or a related field
First-year masters students also considered
Strong academic track record (3.5 GPA or higher)
Strong organizational, consultative, and time management, skills; attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The applicant must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with all levels of the organization regarding sensitive information
Excellent project management skills are required. The applicant must possess the ability to prioritize competing tasks and handle unique situations and be comfortable working on a variety of projects and deliverables simultaneously
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint; ability to operate database software, including searching, using queries, and running report
Ability to work with virtual teams and across geographic and cultural boundaries
