Security Operations Analyst
Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in an information technology discipline or equivalent IT experience
2 years experience in security incident response for AWS cloud, on-prem infrastructure devices and endpoints
Ability to create and maintain high-quality documentation (procedures, process diagrams, learning material)
Ability to create regular reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses of operations data
You will collaborate with the internal and external clients requiring security incident data.
You will develop and maintain technical documents such as documentation of operations procedures and processes, and learning materials.
In this role you will incorporate feedback and improvement suggestions to the documentation as received from the various security operations functions. You will develop regular reports shared by the iSOC and conduct analysis and incident response of security incidents related to McKinsey on-prem and Cloud infrastructure. You will also review the incident state and completeness of information captured into security incident management tool.
