Analyst
This 12-24 month program was created to develop talents into real leaders through research, training, mentoring and coaching sessions. Junior Associate – McKinsey Digital
This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You’ll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. This support includes a partner from your local office or practice assigned to you to help guide your career as well as more formal training in your first few years.

Client Success Analyst – McKinsey Transformation
As a Client Success (Senior) Analyst, you will partner with leadership teams to help shape our strategy and build our holistic approach to client experience.

Qualification:

Analyst – Transferee Tax- India
You will work with the Transferee Tax team members across London and Gurgaon and play an active role to support the successful transfer of firm members across different offices and between countries.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating with local offices, payroll teams, the Mobility team, and external tax advisors to minimize disruption for colleagues and ensure their transfers are as seamless as possible.
This will involve working with the tax advisors for year-end compliance for each location, which includes finalizing the authorization list, providing compensation details, resolving any compensation-related queries, and ensuring the timely filing of tax returns and tax reconciliations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of work experience, having exposure to personal tax affairs of internationally mobile executives and related payroll withholding issues
Strong individual tax technical knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle large volumes of data is preferred, but not required

Product Analyst – McKinsey Transformation

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred in computer science, business or equivalent degree
1+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or another related role with a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and some experience interacting with technical teams in product development
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Figma)Strong product instinct to build great product vision, product roadmap and competitive analysis
