Support Analyst – Technology & Digital – USA

Job Description:
You’ll work closely with the McKinsey client service teams to provide functional support via phone, email and chat on survey solutions and tools like Qualtrics and Confirmit.

you will research, resolve and track questions received in a timely manner to maximize outcomes. You will receive time-critical requests and many of these will be solved live, over the phone or via screen sharing sessions. You will help with requests for problem-solving such as how to create advanced functionalities, guiding consultants through commonly used survey formats, sharing training materials, and providing skill injections on survey best practices and platform usage.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a computer engineering discipline such as computer science, information systems or similar field
Excellent hands-on knowledge with survey platforms like Qualtrics and Confirmit survey tools
Hands on knowledge on dashboarding tools like Reportal and Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to apply a highly logical and well-organized approach to the analysis and resolution of issues
Exceptional service attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile to provide outstanding deliverables
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, client negotiation and relationship-building skills
Great team collaboration skills including in a virtual team setup
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
