Requirement:
Fluency in English is a must
Male Candidates preferred.
Should be willing to work 6 days in a week
Should be okay with rostered week offs

Should be a good leader & experience of working under pressure
Possess Strong communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Qualification – Graduate/Post-Graduate
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Job Description:
Handling Customer escalations
Provide solution to customer queries.
Monitor and enhance the performance of oneself in the areas of productivity, process adherence, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence and employee satisfaction/ development.
Follow ups with Merchant and Internal stake holder is required to stop the fraudulent transactions on time.
Coordination with investigating authorities/Government agencies is required
