MSIM- Next Level Fund- Investment – Analyst/Associate
The Analyst/Associate will be an integral member of the Investment Team for the Next Level Fund working with senior staff members in making and managing a portfolio of investments. Responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities
- Work with senior members of the Fund to conduct diligence on investment opportunities including investment selection, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, closing, ongoing corporate governance, and potential exit of the portfolio companies
- Construct company financial forecasts and prepare detailed valuation analyses and presentations to the Investment Committee and monitor strategic developments relevant to the portfolio companies
- Manage industry/sector company analysis
- Execute other investment related tasks (tracking prospective deals, negotiating confidentiality agreements, etc.)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have significant knowledge of both financial products and financial analysis including different valuation methodologies and should be capable of both leading and managing large, multidimensional projects. Required skills include:
- Exceptional analytical skills with a fundamental understanding of corporate finance and investment principles as well as financial products/securities Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a significant workload and work well under pressure, in addition to a demonstrated ability to deliver to a range of audiences (both internal and external) with a range of differing priorities
- Exceptional writing, communication (both internal and external) and presentation delivery skills
- An understanding and passion for analyzing a business from an investor’s perspective
- 1‐3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, strategic/corporate investments or venture capital; prior investing experience preferred

Reporting Project Associate
We are seeking a candidate that is highly organized, self-driven professional who can communicate clearly and effectively, handle multiple priorities, and is very comfortable working with data and data analysis. This person will take care of deliverables end-to-end, maintain good attention to detail, and keep work moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, analytics, and/or business strategy/management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good project management experience, with demonstrated ability to successfully lead and prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-departmental relationships, mitigate project roadblocks, and deliver outcomes on time
- Proficient SQL skills (including complex queries such as joins, CTEs, window functions; ability to optimize performance and maintain data quality)
- Good analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to define ambiguous problems, synthesize data, and deliver practical solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills (business and technical)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (e.g., Power Query, nested formulas)
- Experience with Dataiku (or similar data workflow platforms) preferred

Treasury Capital Markets Analyst
Job Description:
- Support daily Structured notes issuances process and liquidity monitoring.
- Assist with Treasury forecasting, planning, and scenario preparation.
- Participate in the Warforge debt‑issuance approval workflow (pricing acknowledgment, documentation validation, approval routing).
- Treasury Capital Markets (TCM) Execution Support
- Reporting, Analytics & Risk Processes
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Liquidity Planning & Coverage, Capital & RRP, Legal Entity Management, COO and governance teams
Qualification:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills supported by solid Excel capability/Python/PowerBi.
- Familiarity with Treasury concepts (liquidity, funding, FX/interest rate products, debt issuance).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple global teams.
- High attention to detail with strong control orientation.
Good to have:
- Experience in Treasury Risk, or Finance functions.
- Understanding of Treasury hedging frameworks and liquidity risk concepts.
- Exposure to PowerBi, Python, or data processing tools, commonly valued in Budapest Finance.

This role will challenge the status-quo to uncover and realize efficiencies, accept accountability for persistent improvement, and leverage our broad spectrum of expertise to detect unknown control gaps through a robust testing program.
Qualifications:
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within operational risk disciplines (e.g., testing, control validation)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently (candidate should be self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills)
- Ability to work in a small team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders
- Solid interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, are required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (critical thinking ability)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
- Qualified Accountant with audit experience and control testing background
