Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests received through webforms, email, and other non-voice channels.

Job Description:

  • Performs analysis of processes, systems, data and business information and research, and builds up domain knowledge.
  • Authorize Trade Finance transactions of Letter of credit or Documentary Collections or SBLC or SCF within the agreed timelines & accuracy. .
