Production Service Systems Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
Implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.
Deploy physical and virtual servers.
Complete assigned incident management tasks.
Deploy, set up, and maintain testing environments.
Provide Tier III and other support per service request, complete cyber validation and checklists to maintain cyber posture.
Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications.
Complete product rollout and coordination with internal teams.
Supplement user acceptance testing and transfer of information.
Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed.
Interact with project managers and other technical teams.

Job Requirements:

Seeking over 1+ years of experience working with Windows, Unix/Linux Servers and system administration
Must have background in Cyber Security, Networking and Server Configurations
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local laws to include on-call responsibilities
Ability to understand, debug scripts such as Unix shell scripts, Windows PowerShell, Perl and Python from a system administration support perspective
Experience in performing root cause analysis for incidents and problems in a production environment. Should be able to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and service behavior to identify underlying issues and recommend long-term solutions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred

Functional Analyst Support Engineer

As a Functional Analyst, you will become a guru, with strong expertise across the stack and tiers (application and system), focused on the creation and management of business solutions using Oracle technology, the operations surrounding it, and the Oracle services infrastructure needed to achieve the highest service levels (e.g., availability, performance, etc.) and consequent high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for setting overall technology direction for key areas to invest resources in, building internal expertise and leveraging knowledge within the Support organization. You will be expected to resolve and help guide resolution of multiple highly difficult and complex problems and escalations involving several product areas, while providing consultation to senior technical advisors on projects, reviewing their work and advising areas for self-advancement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or similar degree program. We can consider candidates on the final semesters of the corresponding degree.

Must have good general understanding of Oracle SaaS products, as well as strong knowledge on IT general technologies like networking, database, programing (Java), cloud computing, general knowledge of concepts IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Preferably hands on experience on any cloud technology.

Customer Service Analyst with English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that HUB tasks are handled during active shift

• Provides verbal or written translations when customer requires local language support

• Resolves assigned Service Requests related to our web portals

• Uses Service Request quality guidelines when placing entries in SRs

• Monitors queues to respond to incorrectly routed or unassigned customer requests

• Monitors translation queues to make sure translations are performed in a timely manner

• Responds quickly to customer requests for escalations by contacting the corresponding manager

• Reports to EMEA Customer HUB Manager

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Takes ownership and coordinates resolution of customer’s service requests

• Maintains knowledge of current Oracle business flows

• Operates in line with Customer Service HUB business processes and procedures

• Provides the best possible translation for both customer and internal Support engineer – using collaboration methods as necessary

• Manages queue and SRs to provide the highest level of customer service within standard support guidelines
