Customer Service Analyst with English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that HUB tasks are handled during active shift
• Provides verbal or written translations when customer requires local language support
• Resolves assigned Service Requests related to our web portals
• Uses Service Request quality guidelines when placing entries in SRs
• Monitors queues to respond to incorrectly routed or unassigned customer requests
• Monitors translation queues to make sure translations are performed in a timely manner
• Responds quickly to customer requests for escalations by contacting the corresponding manager
• Reports to EMEA Customer HUB Manager
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Takes ownership and coordinates resolution of customer’s service requests
• Maintains knowledge of current Oracle business flows
• Operates in line with Customer Service HUB business processes and procedures
• Provides the best possible translation for both customer and internal Support engineer – using collaboration methods as necessary
• Manages queue and SRs to provide the highest level of customer service within standard support guidelines

Network Developer – India
Job Responsibilities
Will primarily use existing procedures and tools to develop and safely execute network change. However, may have to develop new procedures from time to time.
Develop solutions to enable front line support teams to act on network failure conditions.
Participate in operational rotations as either primary or secondary.
Provide break-fix support for events. Serve as the escalation point for event remediation. Participate post-event root cause analysis.
Frequently develops scripts to automate routine tasks for team and business units.
Coordinate with networking automation services for the development and integration of support tooling.
Coordinate with network monitoring to gather telemetry and create alerts rules using them.
Build dashboards to represent data at various network layers and device roles that help identify network issues, anomalies.
Collaborate with network vendor technical account team and internal Quality Assurance team to drive bug resolution and assist in the qualification of new firmware and/or operating systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related engineering field with 2+ years of Network Engineering experience or master’s with 1+ years of Network Engineering experience.
Experience working in a large ISP or cloud provider environment. Experience in RDMA Networking is a plus.
Experience working in a network operations role.
Folks with knowledge of routing protocols such as knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP and SSL.
Experience with scripting or automation and data center design – Python preferred but must demonstrate expertise in scripting or compiled language.
Experience with network monitoring and telemetry solutions.
Experience with network modeling and programming – YANG, OpenConfig, NETCONF.
Ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve issues in creative and effective ways.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Participate in an on-call rotation.

Production Service Systems Administrator 1
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
• Implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.
• Deploy virtual servers, set up, and maintain testing environments
• Complete assigned incident management tasks.
• Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed.
• Interact with project managers and other technical teams.
Job Requirements:
• Must have some relevant professional working experience, but seeking less than 2 years of hands on-experience working with Windows, Unix/Linux Servers.
• Must have background in Cyber Security, Networking and Server Configurations
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local laws to include on-call responsibilities
• Ability to understand or debug scripts in at least one of the languages Unix shell scripts, Windows PowerShell, Perl or Python
• Should be able to analyze system logs, performance metrics, and service behavior to identify underlying issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering preferred
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen
