Sales Support Representative/Business Proposal Representative with English

Roles and Responsibilities:
Integrate with Sales teams to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges and provide first line Business Practices support to ensure the deal fulfillment
Drive implementation of new processes or process enhancement
Advise sales reps on appropriate approvals and justifications
Advise and coordinate with other teams on Migrations, Invoicing, Royalties Collection, Burndown reporting
Provide training on all new BP initiatives including Independent Software Vendor OD advisory
Support Sales New Hire onboarding with appropriate process, policy and tools training
Act as a bridge between the sales team and various other functions in the Sales Processes (Operations, Deal Management, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Admin, Fulfilment, etc.)
Draft non-standard sales quotations as required
Support sales reps to submit clean order packs
Assist in tracking the progress of deals
Assist in the escalation of critical deals as required (through various back office functions and processes)
Build & maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of all sales processes
Support Global Sales Operations in the successful adoption of new tools and process

1-2-year experience in contracts and/or sales support, customer support, preferably in IT,
Highschool and preferably finalized university studies
1 or more European languages

Sales affinity including competitiveness, customer care, win-win attitude
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in English
Ability to deliver quality and efficiency in a high pressured, dynamic and challenging environment
Energetic and dynamic team player, with positive and “Can Do” attitude
Good self-organization, multi-tasking ability, flexibility
Excellent problem solving and results orientated skills
Strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex concepts over the phone and/or larger audiences
Good PC knowledge, esp. in Word/Excel
