Online application:
The first step is to apply to your desired role based on your academic background and the role requirements by completing the online application.
The first Situational Judgement Test (SJT)
You will then be asked to complete a Situational Judgement Test.
Online Tests
There are three short exercises to measure your reasoning ability. They involve working with written information, numerical data, and abstract information (patterns and sequences). There will also be a personality questionnaire in which you self-assess your behaviour, such as interacting with other people or working with detail. This helps us match you to the qualities required in the workplace.
The second SJT
Our second SJT focuses on safety at work. Whether you are working on the frontline or behind the scenes, working safely is of paramount importance for all Petrofac employees and associates.
Virtual Assessment centre
If you pass all the above stages, we will invite you to attend a half day assessment. The assessment will be conducted online. The assessment centre consists of a group exercise, interview, and presentation. It takes place between 8-15 Days
