Job Description:
As a Digital Transformation Associate you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and test digital projects to improve profitability of the practice and reduce the volume of mechanical tasks
Effectively identify and improve business processes
Continuously upskill to evaluate newest technology and how it could apply to our clients and firm processes
Identify new business models, products, and services that are enabled by digital upskilling/tools. Pilot them.
Development and expansion of managed services using technology for value-creating leverage.
Enabling our practice via presentations: sharing of ideas, stories and technologies
Research available technologies for market focused training sessions.
Qualification:
Passion for software development and staying current on trends and developments in the IT Industry; such as robotics, artificial intelligence, data analytics, blockchain, cloud services and automation
A Post Secondary Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience in building front-end user interfaces and web applications
Experience with RPA tools (UI Path, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere)
Understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), application architecture, automation technology and cloud delivery models
Comfortable working with diverse teams
Knowledge of database theory, database design, and database management is an asset
