Job Description:
The Reporting Operations Analyst will work in the IT Services Infrastructure Projects and Product Development (IPPD) organization supporting infrastructure projects and consultancies with the project request/change process, setting up the financial cost structures, creating project SharePoint area’s and provide project reporting. The R&O team is supporting other PMOs (Shell infrastructure PMO and supplier PMOs) during the project initiation, setup and change process, reports on project progress, provides management information and ad hoc project delivery reports.
Follow all Shell standard enterprise wide and IPPD project processes.
Delivery against internal Key Performance Indicators for all R&O activities by maintaining service level target.
Qualification:
Alongside your bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, you will have/you are:
SAP savvy with financial knowledge and background doing PMO activities using tools (software-based)
Good knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint
Project Management certification is an advantage
Highly analytical person
Good communication skills
Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, V look up and H lookup
Fluent in English both in writing and speaking and demonstrating well developed communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills
