Project Contracts Coordinator
Job Description:
The Confirmations Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to (i) preparing first draft standard confirmations from a template; (ii) emailing draft confirmations to customers, as well as completing follow-up for response, when applicable; (iii) preparing contracts, confirmations and other documents for electronic signature (or hard copy signature when required) (iv) obtaining internal approvals in accordance with contracts procedures and the manual of authorities; (v) maintaining the contracts database and storing executed contracts and confirmations records in appropriate systems; (vi) running daily reports and completing other activities related to transactions, and (vii) troubleshooting systems, resolving issues, and other miscellaneous duties.
Qualification:
University degree preferred.
2 or more years of professional work experience. Prior experience in a commodity trading environment or the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
Previous exposure to contracts and/or transaction confirmations processes and records management is a plus.
Ability to apply knowledge and work to resolve problems in collaboration with others.
Must possess a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
Proven ability and experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to consistently carry out activities to the required standards.
Working knowledge and interaction between various departments.
Ability to recommend modifications and improvements to processes and controls is a plus.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and proven ability to maintain a professional attitude when working under pressure.

The Sales Support Representative is primarily focused on the set up of opportunities and tenders in the sales pricing system and associated records in the CRM (Salesforce), demonstrating outstanding and consistent quality, accuracy, efficiency and productivity.

Associate Engineer – Project Services
The Projects Portfolio Cost Engineer scope involves supporting the delivery of consistent and appropriate cost management structures/tools/processes for Portfolio of small Capital Projects (site) throughout all the phases
The role supports the delivery of standardized cost management processes and tools for a portfolio of small capital projects across all phases.
Qualification:
Education & Certification: Degree in Engineering or certification as a Cost Engineer, or equivalent professional experience.
Industry Experience: 2–4 years in refinery or petrochemical environments with a focus on cost engineering and cost controls for capital project portfolios.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of project controls systems, tools, and practices within the Oil & Gas industry; proficiency in SAP/GSAP, Ecosys, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Skills: Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), report-writing, and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in teams and build consensus with a customer-focused approach.
Additional Advantage: Background in Oil & Gas maintenance and operations.

Associate Engineer – CMMS
As an Associate Engineer CMMS, you will leverage your specialized understanding of technical support and systems to engage with related areas. You will support system set-ups and changes based on provided information and assist in analyzing data.
Qualification:
University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
2 to 3+ years of operational experience in engineering/technical roles, preferably in Plant Maintenance within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment.
Experience with CMMS, wIMS, and EDMS as an engineering user.
Expertise in Technical Data and Documents management.
Skills in SAP PM Master data objects and planning/transactional data objects.
Understanding of PM Data standards and industry standards like ISO14224.
Experience in data conversion phases (extraction, transformation, load) is advantageous.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (PFS, PEFS, SLDs).
Preferred competencies in PowerBI visualization, Data Modelling, and SQL.
Mass Data Tool proficiencies are an added advantage.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complexity, detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility, adaptability to change, and demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in Plant maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Power Plant industries.
Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project).
