Quality Process Engineer – Recent College Graduate
Job Responsibilities
1. Continuous Improvement and Optimization
Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes
Implement corrective and preventive actions
Analyze trends in test data to identify recurring patterns and problems
Propose solutions that reduce scrap, rejects, and operational costs
2. Documentation and Training
Create and maintain up-to-date and accessible work instructions
Documenting lessons learned from projects and incidents
Implement Control Plans for critical processes
Ensure appropriate follow-up of quality audits and closure of findings
3. Change Management
Participate in Engineering Change Assessments (ECN)
Validate changes in processes, materials, or specifications
Conduct quality and production impact analyses before implementing changes
Document and communicate changes to the operational team
4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Investigate complex problems in products and test equipment
Provide technical support in the implementation of new testing technologies
Validate implemented solutions
5. Data Management and Reporting
Generate line performance reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Perform process capability analysis (Cpk, Ppk)
Present quality metrics to management
Use statistical tools for data analysis
Qualification:
Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment (professional internships are valid)
Intermediate English
MS Office
Knowledge of 3D design software: NX, Solidworks or related
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau preferred
