Job Description:
Promotion, formation, and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith
All compliance related matters – filing, registering any document including forms, returns, and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative
Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books, and registers
Arranging board/general meetings and preparing minutes thereof
All work relating to shares and their transfer and transmission
Advisor/consultant in the issue of shares and other securities
Documentation to support fund-raising from banks & financial institutions
Understanding of loan documentation, registration of charges, dematerialization of shares, status and search reports
Required Candidate profile
CS with 1-2 years experience.The candidate must be a self-starter who will autonomously track all critical timelines with regards to compliance and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure meeting the same. Ability to communicate professionally and timely delivery of tasks is critical.
Understanding and track record in project finance will be viewed favourably.
